A report from Houzz finds that more than 50% of homeowners who were in the midst of a home renovation or design project were still able to continue with their renovations when pandemic being declared in March.

Among all categories, home offices (70%) were the projects least likely to be paused during the pandemic.

75% homeowners on Houzz with ongoing residential projects are working with home professionals. Many of them reported that they find it helpful to shop online and happy with remote communication.

The study also found that thanks to social distance regulation, home office furniture sales have increased 70% compared with sales prior to the panedemic.

Considering pandemic might last until 2021, home office might be a good choice adding to your product line.
